Actually, I was following up Giampi's statement. What I have found is that Canon Canada accidentaly confirmed such claims. No mention who gave this "confirmation"! Canon France officially announced the end of the D60 according to Chasseur d'Images. http://www.photim.com/Infos/UneInfo.asp?N=747 But I couldn't find anything on the webpage of Canon France. Also there isn't any word on that from Canon US and the press. Finally, all Canon sites still have the D60 listed... Maybe that official information isn't all that official/correct... Henry, what is the ratio of all (i.e. since it came on the market) D30 sold and all D60 sold at B&H?
