Mike, Yes I did see the Mac download link. Indeed I used it to update my own copy to OS X standards.
I suppose I made an (erroneous?) assumption that John would, like most people be using Windows. If that's not the case then sorry for any misleading on my part. As for replying at the top, I find it very tedious to have to scroll through (sometimes) many layers of old messages to reach the new bit. Especially if the new bit is just two or three words! Until today I had been using Apple's Mail program which inserts replies at the top by default - now using Entourage, and see no reason to go back to the bottom.
