If it is "scientific" tests you be wanting, check the AF sensitivity test
target at eosdoc:

The correct way to use the target is to use the same monitor in the same
room light, with the same lens, and different EOS camera bodies (e.g. EOS 3
and EOS 10D). It is not so much the actual light levels that are as
important as the rank order of sensitivity.

Look forward to some interesting comparisons: e.g. Elan 7E vs 10D; 3 vs 10D;
D30 vs D60 vs 10D vs 1D; etc.
