Hi!, I've been looking in the archives, and found the discussion on protecting the LCD of your DEOS. I went for the first option:
> From: John Lovda > On my former 1D and my current 1Ds I took a Fellows > WriteRight PDA screensaver sheet, custom cut it to the > correct shape and carefully laid it on. The sheets do > have a slight "foggy" look to them but after a day you > forget it's there. It works fine for me. > Rightly said, it works for him. Not for me. I've now 11 sheets left of Fellows WriteRight because I found it unusable. The 'foggy' loose on resolution is unacceptable for me, although it really feels 'protected' but on the review of image + histogram I just couldn't see any detail on the image. I couldn't live with it so the one I cut went to te garbage. I went to see the site of the other option proposed: http://www.daproducts.com/ and looks good. I'd like to hear some experiences on it: Is it 100% (!!!) clear? Is there a place to find it in Euroland? Any other options that you guys and gals are using? Regards, Gerard. PS: Does anybody needs 11 sheets of Fellows WriteRight?? I'll give them away for EUR20 (50% of what I paid for 12) shipping included (euroland). -- ==================================================================== V Gerard MAAS Expert SW Design Engineer +---------------+ Alcatel Bell NV [EMAIL PROTECTED] | A L C A T E L | F.
