Canon wouldn't offer it if they weren't pretty darn
confident people will buy it.

I kinda agree with Hugo... it seems to be like a marginally de-contented Rebel Ti they are calling the Rebel K2 in the US. No real differences, other than a slightly slower framing rate. (And REALLY piddly little changes!) Will it really sell for that much less?


I don't understand the reasoning in making the Rebel G a metallic grey color and calling it a Rebel G2, either. I'd prefer they spent their money making products that are better differentiated in the marketplace. They are getting into a mode in releasing products similar to Casio's watch offerings.
