Hi!

Ok guys and gals... I've heard that this is a great program. And thus I've
downloaded the evaluation copy (but my laptop broke down and had to take it
to service, so I can not access the program now... only manuals :-(

I do not shoot tethered (or what ever the term was), but rather shoot the
pictures to CF which I'll then connect to the computer by CD reader. I used
to work with the Canon software, but quite frankly, it was quite hard in
many ways (slow and very hard to get those preview - I used to change
something and then export the whole image to PS for further examining). But
not all ways. Specially I liked the preset colorspaces and the sharpening
levels and settings.

Now, about the Capture One... does it have these Canon specific settings?
I.e. can I match the sharpening settings and colorspaces? I didn't see this
stuff there? Or is it just all generic without any Canon specific stuff?
I.e. if I hapen to like the sRGB spaces Canon has (specially the "Velvia"
and "Portrait"), I can not get them easily, but rather I would have to
either fix the colorbalance of each individual image (I do understand that I
can apply the same to other images too - maybe even save the settings for
next days session).

So, I'm actually looking for some tips on using the C1 with EOS-1Ds files...
I guess.

Terv,
Hugo.
