Interesting discussion this is. 
Does this mean that the 1Ds is more 'forgivable' for lense quality since it 
has full size sensor? (not mentioning wide angle lenses with the problem of 
the direction of light falling on the sensor/film)
Or is the resolution of the pixels smaller than the resolution of film? As 
far As I understand the pixelsize of point and shoot is much smaller dan 
DSRL, this giving the advantage of....?
