Hi Henning, The 200 f2.8L prime with 2x is a pretty sharp combo, but then I guess it depends on what your standards/requirements are. I've just bought a 2x Mk II, so I'm hoping for a slight improvement on already good results. BTW AF speed is still good with the 2x....
