Low light AF issues, flash exposure inconsistency and the lack of Kiron lenses? ;-)
Seriously, I had a great time with mine and although some of these issues greatly improved in the 10D, I still prefer the "feel" of the D60 over the 10D, and I miss the double battery charger.
