Btw, just read a very favorable report in a Dutch photo magazine
about a (rather expensive) JVC projector, the JVC DLA-SX21,
resolution 1400x1050.
Also the 3rd concept of projection-technology (D-ILA), after LCD and
pixel-mirrors, avoiding the disadvantages of both.
Pricewise they compared it with a full-blown dissolve system, 4x
caroussel etc, otherwise they couldn't get near the pricetag of 10k
euro....;))
Lamp-price pro hour was 0.23 times that of an analog/halogen lamp
btw, surprised me (given the often insane prices of digi-lamps).
PS EOS-content: anyone want to make a bet that at one time in the
future, we will see another pellicle-mirror EOS body, only to make
digi-video possible?....;))
