The number of places offering film recording services has shrunk 
significantly.  I'd guess it has shrunk by 95%.  Good luck finding 
someplace that can record digital to transparency film (and do a good 
job) and prepare to spend a LOT of money to get it done.

Much better, if you need to project your DSLR images is to get a
professional service to transfer it onto transparency film, so you can
then project it.
