Hi, I have been thinking about getting an extension tube as a stop gab before I can afford to get a decent longer than 300mm lens. I know that the Canon brand ones only work with their L series lens but wonder if anyone has had any success with a 3rd party make.
I currently use an EOS 30 with a 75-300mm USM 4-5.6 and a 28-105 USM 3.5-4.5 and want to extend the range of the 300mm for wildlife stuff. Any comments or am I wasting my time with them?
