Why don't you buy Zenitar 16mm/2.8 fish eye?

I use it my D30, EOS 30 (with manual ISO override), and EOS3000.

It is manual allright, f/2.8 (which is good), dirt cheap, mediocre optics (quite some 
distortion (it's a fisheye afterall), comes with 3 filters).

Being manual is not a real handicap, because it has huge DOF (compared to 28-135, for 
instance)
