So the 1ds has the lowest pixels per mm? Hmmmm.

I don't know but I can easily work it out (I'm using approximate values
for the image dimensions but they are close enough for this exercise)

Horiz dimension for the 1.6 crop sensor is
3000 pixels (3000x2000 = 6MP)
36mm/1.6=22.5mm
3000/22.5mm=133 pixels/mm

Horiz dimension for the 1.3 crop sensor is
3400 pixels (3400x2400 = 8MP)
36mm/1.3=27.7mm
3400/27.7mm=122 pixels/mm

Horiz dimension for the 1.0 crop sensor is
4000 pixels (4000x3100 = 11MP)
36.0mm/1.0=36.0mm
4000/36.0=111 pixels/mm
