FWIW, I think all of you that are hoping for a 3D are in for a long wait ... Considering the very slight differences between the 1 & 3 it doesn't make sense that Canon would make one. Since the 3 is very close in specs. to the 1 a 3D would basically be a 1D without some of the weather sealing. I know I wouldn't waste my time on that product if I were Canon ... especially since people are lining up in droves to drop $4500 on their new body.
