(off topic question: what's a good program to batch convert multiple 20D jpg's into something more viewable/searchable like 600x400 resolution?)
Photoshop CS's batch converter. Just make an action. It's easy.
Or use Graphic Converter. I actually prefer this since I can program Graphic Converter to see if the photo is in landscape or portrait and adjust accordingly. It doesn't support RAW though.
