I've shot only about 100 images with my 20D.

Last weekend, I was using it with 35-350 Canon lens attached, and it
froze up on roughly my 90th shot.  I had not changed lenses and was just
shooting.  All displays seemed normal, but the pressing the shutter
release resulted in no action whatsoever.  At the time, I did not know
about taking the battery out and putting it back in as an option.  I
tried powering the camera off/on with no effect.  Finally, after about 5
to 10 minutes, the camera started functioning again.  I did no lens
change or battery change, but just waited and tested it and it finally
worked.

I'm not a particularly happy camper at this point, since I'd like to
start using this body for wedding work.  I can just picture this
happening during a critical time like the processional as the bride is
walking in.  Sure, I can pop the battery in and out in just a few
seconds, but still...
