If I understand your question correctly ... Normally, you set the camera to BULB when using the timer. But, if you set the camera to however you want it to fire, such as using bracketing, and tell the TR80N3 to fire three UNtimed frames, leaving enough interval between the shots so that the shutter has closed, it should work for bracketing.
