Folks, Is one of the two US Canon repair places better than the other?
My 10D is causing trouble. It locks up every now and then. When it locks up, none of the round buttons on the rear of the camera works. For instance, I cannot review any images and cannot make selections in the camera menu (I can scroll up and down with the command dial, but that's it). When this happens, the only cure is to take the battery out and leave it out for a few hours. - Not exactly a good solution. Any suggestions as to what might cause something like this?
