I have an EOS-1Ds, not a 20D so excuse me if I am
ignorant regarding the memory card type used in your
camera.  That said, do NOT use micro-drives.  The
heads depend on a cushion of air to keep them floating
above the disk.  At high altitudes they will "crash."
