Lei, you could search the archive on Yahoo! as well, although I've not done so.
I think the 17-40L is a great lens, better optically than the older 17-35L and the equal of the 16-35L in every respect but aperture in my opinion. There should be plent of reviews on www.fredmiranda.com from other users, keep in mind that photodo is not and has not been updated in a number of years. Other lenses often mentioned in this range are the Sigma 17-35 and the Tamron 20-40 (discontinued, I think). tomp > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Yu, Lei > Sent: Wednesday, December 07, 2005 8:23 AM > To: [email protected] > Subject: EOS list archive and EF 17-40L > > Hi, does anyone know how to get to the list archive? > I remembered that I used to be able to get to the archive and > do a search, but somehow it is a dead link now. > > I was actually trying to get some information on the 17-40L, > after waiting for these many years, I finally broke down and > decided to depart from film - I am an amateur so don't have > much $$ to burn.
