If you mounted the Bronica lens onto a bellows (like a Spiratone T-mount bellows) you could then mount the bellows onto an EOS.

By the way, my recollection is that the focusing helicoid could be removed from the Bronica as some lenses (like long ones) had their own focusing mounts.
