That 28-135 IS has to be one of the bargains of the last 10 years. I love mine, too. recommend it highly. Well, one qualification - watch out for straight lines near the edges of the frame at the wide end. There's significant distortion. But honestly, I don't notice unless the above applies. Of course, on a 350D it's going to be a what? something like 45-200, at least in FOV. (let's get rid of this "multiplier" idea) So it's no longer a w/a zoom, but still...
