Stan,

Before try to clean the sensor or viewfinder. You may want to try this
safe procedure first. I have successful 100% rate most the time.

* Attach Dust Vacuum Cleaner with a STRAW ( the bigger the better
you can find - but not to big - you need room to move the STRAW while
sucking dust) - Good to get some from "StarBuck" - they do have big
straw for thick juices.
* Seal the air around Straw and Vacuum hose area to make sure you
get strong sucking when turn on the vacuum
* Remove Lens/Cap - Turn on Vacum and Suck - Don't scratch the
mirror
* Repeat the sucking procedure after lock the mirror for sensor
cleaning
* Close the mirror then suck again
* Suck upward for viewfinder mirror dust
*       Close the caps
*       Suck your front/back lens - front/back cap - your camera bag
*       Suck ...suck...suck

Believe me it really work and won't cost you a dime plus won't scratch
your sensor nor mirror - note that do not let's straw touch any thing in
the camera chamber. Find the strongest sucker you can find - I use my
carpet vacuum - it does a decent job for me and took only 10 minutes
each

Good Luck - Please, share with the group

Michael
