Er, to me that looks a very difficult setup - you have the blooms in bright sunshine and the background in shadow, and you say that 3358 is properly exposed yet the highlights are blown from here to kingdom-come. Any camera would have a problem with deciding what to expose for in that composition. Maybe try spot metering on the blooms, but in any case, expect a very dark background IMO.
