I've had the screen out of my 10D, to remove an actual bug walking
around on the top of it. It wasn't that hard, Canon could easily have
given the 10D interchangeable screens. You do need to be careful
putting the screen back, it is a little fiddly and you need to be
careful not to put it in upside-down.
