Was wondering. Is a battery holder available for the 1d/ds? I can't seem to find any. I think it would be better than to jury rig someone else's charger to work with it. Does anyone know the internal circuitry of the battery pack. Are there breakers in there. I've heard the 3 pin charging socket has 3 wires red black and blue. The function of the blue seems to be a mystery on the net. If anyone has a NP-E3 or E2 battery pack I was hoping to ask a favour. Could you crack it open and draw up the circuit? I was looking at internal pics of the NC-E2 charger. It's an odinary semi smart charger. This is highway robbery! I refuse to pay ! Thanks very much !
