My 1D MK2 gives a JJ2M prefix to the file name, I understand this is suppose to be an unique number assigned to each camera.
I seem to recall the 1D Mk 2N has the ability for the camera owner to change this file prefix, is this correct? Furthermore has anyone enquired with Canon to see if this file prefix in the 1D Mk2 can be changed either by the service center or by the owner as part of any future firmware upgrade?
