Does anyone know if Canon has published the nominal colour (color) temps to
which the preset WB settings on the 10D & 5D (or other DSLRs) are set?
For example what is
1 nominal Sunlight °K ?
2 nominal Cloudy °K ?
3 nominal Shade °K ?
Or alternatively, whether there's an easy way to work out what these are.
(I have Photoshop and "The Imaging Factory" Whitebalance filter.)
Malcolm,
From the 1Ds MkII manual p.48 (would imagine the same or very similar for
all models):
Auto: 3000-7000
Daylight: 5200
Shade: 7000
Cloudy: 6000
Tungsten: 3200
White Fluorescent: 4000
Flash: 6000
Custom : 2000-10000
all approx, degrees K
Why you ask?
