Gabriel,
I notice from your response that you're in Barcelona. Just came back from
there! What a fabulous
city. Eye candy for a photographer. If any of you have NOT been there, you
should pay Barcelona a
visit (but NOT in July...). It is a magical place and you will burn through
more pixels than you
ever dreamed possible.

Yes, Badalona is just 10 Km from Barcelona. I work in Barcelona.
I agree, there're many "pixel interests" here, the classical Cathedral
and Gothic quarter, Sagrada Familia and all Gaudi buildings, Parc Güell,
Palau de la Música (how many photos can you shot in these buildings?
Modernism architecture is full of little details, I think you can shot
some hundred of them in Palau de la Música, for example).
Of course there're too other interesting buildings like Calatrava and
Foster communication towers, Jean Novuel's Aigues de Barcelona building
(just 1 year old) or many centennial buildings in Eixample! Add the
harbour, some museums (Picasso and MNAC the most relevant), nightly
Montjuic light/water show (font màgica, tripod highly recommended),
Rambles, Gràcia, Tibidabo and Montjuic mountains, many Eixample
buildings, a tour to (relatively) near Montserrat (try to be there as
soon in the morning as possible, light may be really astounding in that
mountain) or even Girona or Tarragona (1 day each, very easy to go there
by train) and you will return home full of gigs!
I think the best time to be here are may and october. But you can have
some rainy days.
From Barcelona,
Gabriel
