Depends on what you like to shoot, of course. St. Augustine is the oldest city in America (well, from a European standpoint anyway). It's about 2 hours up the coast, the Alligator Farm there has a great nesting bird section and a photographer's pass will get you in early and let you stay late. Near that is a lighthouse.
In St. Augustine proper, there are spanish buildings dating back to the 16-1700's including Fort Mantanzas and Castillo de San Marcos, as well as a number of homes/museums. Just be aware that in season, the place can be a zoo. I believe there's at least one wildlife drive along the coast somewhere aroundt Titusville, but the specifics escape me. www.photo.net can sometimes be a good resource for this kind of thing.
