They definitely exist, but there were always fewer models available than
ones that could only scan 35mm, were much higher-end and much more
expensive.
Microtek Artixscan 120tf
Minolta Dimage Scan Multi
Nikon's Coolscan 8000 & 9000
Polaroid SprintScan 120 (which was a Microtek)
Many people are using the high-end drum scanners...
Epson Perfection 4990 (and some earlier models).
If you really want to go high-end, pick-up a Scitex EverSmart Pro, it
will set you back less than a couple of thousand dollars and do an
awesome job on 35mm and medium format. It's even big enough that you
can batch process 40 35mm or about 20 6x6 at a time.

I am wanting to find a film scanner that will scan medium format (120 -
6cm x 6cm) film negatives. Does such a thing exist? Anyone have any
suggestions? Thanks in advance.
