Hi Pattie,
No clues, but you're not the only one with that problem. I have a friend who 
owns one, and I had
the dubious privilege of using it for a weekend. This is precisely the reason I 
didn't like it and
why I chose to not buy one. (told you I didn't have any helpful clues...)
