Probably one of the main reasons I don't use such a lens. I hate attention like that. Very distracting and my personal style is to be unobtrusive (and unnoticed). Although just using the 70-200/2.8 is enough to draw attention. The worst happened when I was shooting and this other photographer felt the need to come up and talk to me about photography, and not wanting to be overly impolite I talked, but still I lost a bunch of potential shots because I could not focus on what I was doing. I need a stealth camera that is really a big lens on a big camera, but when people look at me it appears that I have a little Casio or cell phone sized camera. Do they make such stealth technology? I guess the alternative is to just be an asshole and people will leave me alone, but that is not my style either. Maybe I just need to wrap some duct tape around my lenses and not take a shower for several days. I'm open to suggestions :-) Wayne S * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
