I have some sets of these too and they're great. One thing to watch
out for if you use them with Canon flashes is that only one of the
wireless channels on the remote triggers works properly (and it's not
the default one that they are set to when shipped). On other
channels, I got constant repeated flashes with my 550EX and 580EX.
But now that I've set them to the magic channel they are great!
There's now a version 2 available that reportedly fixes the Canon
flash problem:
