Both of these packages already exist. You cannot request sponsorship for existing packages. In these cases if you want them in EPEL 10 you simply need to follow the process to request them <https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/epel/epel-package-request/>.
As a few others have mentioned, your requests feel very much like social engineering (both the Fedora/EPEL emails, and your previous ones within the AlmaLinux community). Hopefully we're all wrong and it's misguided enthusiasm but everything you keep sending feels very, very weird. The documentation on becoming a packager is very clear on how to proceed.
