I apologize if my message caused concern or appeared unusual. That was certainly not my intention. I was under the impression that contributing to package reviews and revivals could demonstrate technical ability for sponsorship, even when the packages already exist. I now understand the correct procedure and will follow the official documentation accordingly. Regarding past community discussions, I would like to clarify that my motivation has always been to contribute meaningfully, especially to fill gaps in EPEL where packages are missing or outdated.
