Paulo,

we can provide some assistance of different types, such as providing a
glossary. There may be tool features also.
As I mentioned in an earlier message, I would strongly suggest we wait a little
so we have a mroe stable OpenUP.
Your help will be most welcome once we are getting closer to OpenUP 1.0
release. Have EPF content available in diffreent langauges will be a great
asset.
As an example, the initial Scrum donation will be done in French, so I hope we
will always have a Scrum version in French...

Cheers

Hi Ricardo and Ana,
I have some questions about the way we will do the translation.
Exists some tool that can help us to translate the texts?
Can we use a mailing list, in portuguese, to exchange e-mails?
Where to start and which the best way to do the work?
Fell free to contact me at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Cheers,
Paulo

There are no current plans - to the extent of my knowledge at this point in
time - for translating OpenUP content to other languages.
I'm pretty much sure that any effort to translate OpenUP, at any time, can come
from the user community.
We've seen interest in this list from others in Brazil and Portugal to help on
that.

Maybe Paulo in Brazil and Ana in Portugal can start recruiting some volunteers
for translating the content? As Portuguese speaker and committer, I'd be more
than glad to help along the way.
Contributions to the project are always welcome!

It is in EPF Composer plan. Should be covered by the OpenUP plan. Ricardo and
Per can better elaborate on.

Hi Kelvin,

Tanks for help.

Is there any effort to translate the content of the OpenUP library for the
portuguese language? If exists, how can i attempt to help with this effort ?

Regards,
Paulo

Paulo,

You can download EPF 1.0.1
(http://www.eclipse.org/epf/downloads/tool/epf1.0.1_downloads.php). It has
native language support for Portuguese (Brazilian).

Regards,
Kelvin
