I guess you're and more when it comes to surrealism. I never really understood the matter of surrealism neither in poems and books nor in painted works of art, but I believe that art isn't to be understood, it's to be beautiful, or not. One of my favorite artists is Dali.
Can I know why you posted this poem ? Was it about the anniversary of Armistice or was it just the surrealist and spontaneous expression of an ephemeral feeling ?
