I'ld love that. And quite a good list, btw. I will however not have the bandwidth to do this in my spare time. If you guys could step in, I'm happy to help out and to include these 'tutorials' in the distribution. I suggest cloning eqHello and working from there. Feel free to send me the source code off-list. As for distributed objects: The eqPly example contains two minimal examples of distributed objects, though admittedly in an environment way too complex.
