Do you change the camera position? If so, varying compression ratios can be the cause. Or does the framerate stutter occasionally from 15 to 3 FPS? If yes, then my guess would be that network collisions cause retransmits which take too long. There are a number of TCP parameters to test, but this depends on your hardware and software. Wireshark and google are your friends to analyze this. Te camera position in fixed, the object is rotating with a constant speed (the default rotation in eqPly). Yes, the framerate stutter occasionally, I did not observed any relation between the angles and the "phenomenon"...so probably the problem is around the network retransmission.
