I will be on that task for ATI extensions during the next time, all time I have
I will do this. But:

ATI has two extensions for off-screen buffer Multi-GPU treatment. One is
WGL_GPU_association. This is also only supported for ATI professional cards
(namely ATI FireGL, FirePro and 3D MultiView FireGL). Another is
WGL_GPU_ASSOCIATION_X, and this is also supported for HD4xxx+ cards.

More can be seen in my thesis. Unfortunately, I had to write it in my mother
language, which is german. As far as you can read german, ask me and I can send
it.

Kind Regards,

Christian
