If you can render into an affinity FBO and want to blit the result
into a non-affinity window, have a look at
'EQ_WINDOW_IATTR_HINT_AFFINITY EXTERN' (see Programming Guide for
doc).

I have been working on getting an NVidia developers account for
Workstations but somehow my account gives me access to drivers that
are a year or more old. Do you have access to a 265 driver? Could I
get a copy of the installer? Thanks.
