OSGScaleViewer as well as eqNBody will continue to be Equalizer
examples in the SVN tree. This is the only way I can assure they keep
maintained, and help to minimize build issues with 3rd party apps
since they are detected earlier.

@Daniel: What was/is the reason to disable the automatic check for
OSG? I preferred this solution.
