I visited Wayne last week and confirm that FCH is a nice airport. Plus, there's a restaurant in the terminal building. I didn't have the opportunity to try it, but they had lots of customers when I went through twice. Could be a good stop flying--or even driving along Hwy 99--up and down the Valley.
