I have the same problem with my O-200 and I have the elbow extension. Thats why I am not going to put an inline Oil/Air seperator. I never put more than 4 quarts in my plane. And it still all ends up on the belly. It will actually drip off the belly in 3 places and onto the pavement. I cant stand it! Hopefully the Oil/Air seperator will take care of it. But I did find it is significantly less oil on the belly when I only have 4 quarts compared to 6 or 5.
