I just got confused trying to sort out the emails and get my thoughts together. I remember hearing about the California effort that didn't motivate enough coupers. I would like for the California Coupers to work at having some regional events with a goal of encouraging a large number of California Coupers into traveling to the Mid-West for a Nationals event. A lot of us across the country have had an opportunity to get to know each other via the net, and it's always nice to get to meet in person the people we've met over the net, especially if we can do it around a bunch of coupes.

I was not anticipating hosting an event myself, I responding to Bill Wright, who was responding to a remark that I had made about a West Coast Convention.
