I did the bulk of my training (this time around) in my Ercoupe, but did about 8 hours of training in a Cessna 150 and took my test in it. That way I avoided having a restricted license. I've only flown about 2 or 3 hours in Cessnas since getting my license, but it's unrestricted.

Hello -

Has anyone taken their FAA pilot flight test in an Ercoupe and did the tester/FAA wave the maneuvers that the Ercoupe isn't capable
of...such as slip?

I suspect there will be restrictions because there aren't any rudder pedals, but other than that, what should I expect?

Thanks,

Scott
