It might be bad for GA in Canada, but nothing beats the German regulations.

 

Aviators are known for being brave strong people. In Germany you need to be brave and strong for a different reason.

Here you fight the authorities that are suggesting the GA pilots are terrorist. All of them.

They require every pilot to pay for an expensive background check on every biannual flight revue.

You need to pass a second class medical, and if that doesn't kick you out of the pilots chair, the flight limitations on weekends in most of Germanys airports will.

No wonder model flying and PC flying are so popular here that they found their way into every German flying magazine.

Your suggestion is probably the most relevant and intelligent suggestion that I have heard in a long time.
