But if you find what looks like a good buy, give them a deposit and have a 
buy/sell agreement that protects 
both of you. You get your deposit back if it isn't as advertised. 
I bought 3 CD's from FAA only to have the plane sold by the time i confirmed I 
wanted it. 
The good ones go fast.
